Curriculum Poster Rewards System
We are excited to introduce the Fun and Fit Gymnastics Program Curriculum Poster Reward System for all of our students. The posters provide students with rewards and incentives for learning new skills, and also provide you with a way to monitor your child’s progress.

All children will receive a poster to take home and put on their wall. The poster contains skills that are appropriate for the child’s ability level, and match a curriculum card that the instructors have on each child. There are separate curriculum levels for Kids Progressive (ages 3-kindergarten) Progressive Girls (6 and up) and Progressive Boys (6 and up).

The skills in each level have been broken down into achievable steps, so that children learn quickly and experience success often. On weeks 3 and 7, we will have card check-off day, where the kids get to perform the new skills they’ve been learning. When a student performs a skill correctly 3 times in a row for their instructor, they get that skill checked off on their curriculum card. The next week all students will be given stars for the skills they passed, to take home and put on their poster!

Once a student has passed all the skills on their poster, they are awarded a Certificate, along with a picture that goes on a special place on their poster at home. Then they’ll get a new poster for the next level, ready for more stars!

The Fun & Fit Gymnastics Program is a nationally recognized teaching system, and is being used by gyms all around the country. It is very popular with kids and parents. The kids love getting the stars, certificates, and pictures, and the parent’s see how the program not only teaches gymnastics, but increases self-confidence, self-esteem and gives children valuable goal setting skills.

By providing clear goals for each student, this non-competitive teaching system helps students to define success as self-improvement! Without having to compare themselves to others in their class to assess how they are doing, the students can all feel like winners!

The posters will be given to all enrolled students for FREE. If, however, the poster should get lost or damaged, there will be a $1.00 replacement charge.
