 Julie Tkaczuk is the owner of I&M Gymnastics as well as the head coach and director for the gymnastics teams . She was a competitve gymnast for 11 years and has coached on and off for 18 years. Her and her gym's philosophy is to introduce and develop sports in a manner that encourages each athlete to reach his/her full potential in a safe, healthy, and positive environment. Julie and her husband Nick have been married for 13 years and have three wonderful and talented children. In her spare time she loves watching her daughters compete in gymnastics and tumbling and her son in hockey and soccer. She also is a big fan of the Blackhawks!

 Eleni Cimino has been coaching the I&M's Girl's Team since 2009. She has been involved with gymnastics since the age of 7. She was a gymnast at GAR (Gymnastics Academy of Rockford) and competed through Level 8. She worked as a recreational gymnastics instructor when she was a Junior and Senior in High School. In college Eleni worked at Energym coaching various levels, and coached Team Levels 5 and 6 at the YMCA in Rockford. , She also worked at Gymkinetics for 3 years teaching rec classes and assisting with Pre-Team and Team Levels 4 and 5. Eleni brings 12 years of gymnastics coaching experience to the team and we are excited to have her as a part of I&M Gymnastics! Eleni is married to her husband Dave and has a beautiful daughter and son.
